What platforms do you support?
Sellmetrics currently supports Amazon (via SP-API) and Walmart Marketplace (via Walmart API). Both platforms are fully integrated with automatic data pulls for orders, returns, settlements, reimbursements, and inventory.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up, connect your seller accounts, and get full access to every feature for 14 days. No credit card required to start. If you decide Sellmetrics is right for you, you can subscribe at the end of your trial.
Do I need to share my API credentials?
Yes, Sellmetrics connects to Amazon SP-API and Walmart Marketplace API using your API credentials. All credentials are encrypted at rest using industry-standard Fernet encryption. Your credentials are never stored in plaintext and each account is fully isolated.
How is profit calculated?
True Profit = Revenue - COGS - Amazon/Walmart fees - Returns (net) + Reimbursements - Overhead. We reconcile against actual settlement data from Amazon and Walmart rather than estimating fees. This means your profit numbers reflect what actually hit your bank account, not projections.
Can I import my data from SellerBoard?
Yes. Export your COGS data from SellerBoard as a CSV and upload it to Sellmetrics. We automatically detect the SellerBoard format and map your cost data to the correct SKUs. Your COGS page is populated instantly.
Is my data secure?
Security is a priority. API credentials are encrypted at rest. Each tenant's data is fully isolated in a separate database. We use CSRF protection, rate limiting, and all connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We never share or sell your data.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, you can subscribe at $29/month to keep full access. If you choose not to subscribe, your account and data remain available but data syncing will pause until you subscribe.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Every section of the dashboard has a CSV export button: orders, returns, COGS, overhead, and inventory. Your data is always yours and you can download it at any time.
